Normally I think this is one of the better ones in the area, but on this occasion the food wasn't great. The fries were barely cooked, too much sauce on a wrap, and despite asking for a large and a medium latte, both had almost the same amount in the cups. Everything else was like most McDonald's restaurants.

Not bad mcdonald's, we only used the drivethru and it was good, ordered mc plant and had to wait for it but this is normal from most mcdonald's the wait was short which was good, the food was ok not the best we have had but we would possibly try eating here again

Not happy at all with my visit here tonight! Went in for 2 meals and a set of dippers, got back to the car and the mcrispy was stone cold and the bun was torn apart. I thought my triple cheeseburger only had 2 pattys on, when I mentioned this the manager walked to kitchen with my food, to then come back out and speak to us in what I could only describe as pure rudeness. She told us the crispy was made fresh, and the triple actually had 3 patty?s on. She turned round and said she will not replace any of the food as it was a mistake on our part, which we understand but the tone of her voice and temper was so unacceptable. As former McDonald?s workers ourselves we would never speak to paying customers in this way. Prior to this our order was shouted out by another worker who chucked the bag on the side, and walked away. No interaction just slammed the food and walked away. My fries also came with no salt on. And the worker picked my fries up with chicken tongs. Didn?t use the fry scooper, they used the kitchen chicken tongs. My friend with me is vegetarian but because of the way we was spoken to before we didn?t want to go back in again and say anything. But never would we speak to our customers like this.

Dirty seats and tables, lack of staff to ask to clean table to make available. This was extremely busy on a Saturday. Very loud. Lots of kids running around. Loads of mud on the floor. Horrible atmosphere. The good didn?t taste as good as others I?ve been to. I wasn?t given enough straws, so I had to wait for ages at the main counter, even though dine staff could see me, they ignored me, so my GIF went cold whilst I waited at the counter for 15 mins to get straws. The toilets were filthy. The chairs had ingrained dirt on them, and it took us ages to find a table that wasn?t completely dirty, but even that one had been cleaned inadequately, fries under the table, seats and table still had food marks on them. I didn?t enjoy my food and couldn?t wait to leave.

Chips cold.. was after midnight but few staff looked like they could not be bothered.. has extra cheese burger which was not wrapped correctly and came out all lop sided.. not using again! ?
