I used this carwash this morning and on returning home I found damage to one of my alloy wheels,this damage was not there prior to the wash as I had just checked the pressure on my tyres and would have seen it.It is not kerb damage as it is too high up the wheel.Just been quoted £75 to repair the damage!That's an expensive wash.

Very friendly service, the man did a great job with the pre-wash before entering the automated car wash. The results were very good and I didn't have to wait too long to get the car cleaned. Overall, a very good result.

Worst service ever. I paid for ultra hd car wash, the guy in the imo car wash haven done the hand pre wash and when I asked why he not using the foam what is for the prewash he said your car isn't that dirty you don't need the extra foam and prewash. I've told him doesn't matter if I've paid for something I want to get it. He never did it.

The guy that is usually operating it is SO NICE. Really gets everyone through in record time- super efficient. Whatever he's getting paid it should be more considering how smoothly he runs things! The car wash itself gets the job done.
