I absolutely love this gym. Everyone is really friendly. They have loads of classes to choose from. All the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I actually look forward to going to the classes. It is also one of the best priced gyms in this area. I would highly recommend it!!

A family run fitness club in the heart of Ashby de la Zouch. A full gym facility including cardio machines, resistance machines and an extensive free weights area.
We feature a small and intimate class studio with over 42 classes per week including Spin, Pump, Zumba, Yoga and Pilates amongst many others. Personal training plans and body transformations, are a great addition to our FREE personal programming service. We have male and female changing facilities and onsite Sports Massage and Physiotherapist.
