Very slow service, one rude member of staff. So we thought we would try Costa as they now allow dogs inside. Sat waited 10 minutes for coffee and warm up a sausage roll, our dog barked twice and the rude server came over and said if she did it again we would have to leave. Children running around ( being children)making more noise than our dog. Thankfully plenty of other places to get coffee in Ashby, more welcoming, service with a smile and places that deserve our money. Cya Costa.

Disgusting chai latte was disgusting. Lady making coffee was wiping the coffee dispenser with her hands then wiping her nose with the same hand.

Relatively quick service. The muffins seem to have succumbed to shrinkflation. A lot of tables had not been cleared, even though the place was relatively quiet. No knife and no serviette for the muffin - I thought this was a standard! But then you don't get a glass of water with your espresso unless you ask!

Great atmosphere with plenty of seating. My only gripe is they almost always never carry enough food items, it seems almost every time I go in, they are out of the things I get :/ . Coffee is good, the food is hot.

Coffees are great here. Most of the time there is always a queue and a line to get into and wait before you can order and pay.... On this particular occasion no que. Nathan the Barista was professional, friendly and efficient in making our coconut Capuccinos. A fantastic young man. A nice place to relax, with pleasant decor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of food and drinks, food was fresh. Plenty of seating and toilets were clean and tidy.

Under staffed coffee tasted awful ? didn't use enough decaff coffee, basically a cup of lukewarm milk.
