Went downhill since I was last here around 2 years ago. Car park entrance has random traffic island in the middle, which is missing any form of signage and completely invisible in low evening sun. After clattering over that, sadly the visit did not improve. The staff were very friendly and absolutely brilliant, but the restaurant was completely understaffed for a busy Saturday evening, with only two staff members to restaurant/bar area. Fizzy drink machine only had diet coke left, and hadn't been restocked for a while (even the flavoured syrup shots were gone). Burger was tasty, but portion size was noticeably small. Won't be returning.

Outstanding experience last night for our meals and breakfast. A big party of 11 of us and everything went without a hitch. The front of house staff (Zak, Shane and Derron) were attentive, friendly and a credit to the company. We come every year for a joint birthday family gathering and this has been by far the best experience. A big thanks to you all!
Vegetarian options: Balanced options of vegetarian/meat meals
Dietary restrictions: Before we were shown to our seats, we were asked about dietary restrictions.
Parking: Plenty available
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was perfect, staff were accommodating for our picky little people. Colouring things to keep them busy available too.

We called in for breakfast, sat there for 25 mins totally ignored while taking other people's orders, got fed up and got a refund and left. People be aware the service is absolutely rubbish, please give the place a big swerve, worse place I've been to ????

Absolutely love this place, served by Derren & Shane, had a beautifully cooked platter and wings, food came out and the pride in the presentation was amazing. I hope these reviews get noticed and the team are all aware of the hard work they all put in to the establishment. Thank you!

Came here for dinner with the family? Took about 10-15 minutes for our starters to arrive at the table.. while waiting for our entrees, we overheard other tables complaining about cold food.. would think the problem would be taken care of. We proceeded to sit and wait another 1.5 hours just to receive majority of our food luke-warm and one ICE COLD burger. Kids were the last to receive their food and TOO hot they had to wait to eat it.
Ended up walking next door to McDonald?s.

Has got to be the worst service and food in a very long time.
90 mins for cold food.
Already watched another table complain about COLD food so thought they would have addressed the issue.
I asked after 80 mins on how longer it would be for our food, was told it was on way.
When it arrived YES you guessed it COLD.
The manager did give a full refund but that's not the point. Was a big ticket item 6 adults 2 kids.
Never going again.
