Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The lady Optician explained the results of the indepth scan i had. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase new glasses due to a very slight change in my reading prescription either.

Everyone in the store is so helpful and welcoming. I?ve been having a few headaches and they took their time and checked me over properly and did extra testing. Will never go anywhere else for my glasses!

Boots offer a great service, my prescriptions have always been spot on and they have a fantastic range of glasses. The staff in Ashby are so lovely, friendly and efficient, they make the whole experience very enjoyable :-)

Great service, friendly and efficient. I was slightly late for the appointment, but that was no problem. They re-did one of the tests as it wasn't clear. The only isuue was the price of the glasses. I suppose that is the cost of living crisis!

Eye test was very thorough and optometrist explained my eye health very clearly. All latest equipment used for more in depth examination. All girls were very friendly and helpful and helped me choose my new glasses.

Less impressed by sales staff, who gave overconfident and totally inaccurate information on how to use the equipment she suggested I purchase. Will buy my new spectacles elsewhere as a consequence.

The staff were all so lovely! I rang ahead to say I was going to be a little late for my appointment due to an emergency where I work and they accommodated me! Went straight in to have my tests, they recommended things to me both during testing and add ons to my lenses when I was picking glasses but never pushed which was lovely as other places make you feel pressured. I felt very comfortable and listened to and had some nice conversation whilst I was there too! Balpreet completed my eye test and was very soft spoken and friendly, really made me feel at ease and dan did my eye tests on the machines and took care of my purchase, he's a real character and definitely lights up the place! Would recommend to anyone!
