Love this spa. Treatments and facilities just the best. Really good staff. Just rather overcrowded the day we went with some groups hogging the outside jacuzzis and rather loudly drinking, kinda ruined the lovely atmosphere of an otherwise amazing spa

As a guest with mobility issues I can highly recommend this venue. The spa facilities have made provision to allow access to all. I felt included & comfortable at all times. It was refreshing to see my needs were accommodated & I didn't feel singled out or treated differently which I find important.

Absolutely fantastic, the room was large and very comfortable, the Spa facilities are exceptional, the staff in all departments were just brilliant and the food and drink were beyond our expectations, quality food, absolutely delicious, seasoned to perfection, cooked to perfection, tasted unbelievable, Michelin star standard. Thank you to everyone for a fabulous experience.

I had a spa day here and was wowed by everything from the beautiful surroundings, lovely staff, the spa itself, and everything in between. We had lunch at The Orangery which was incredible! They catered wonderfully to a good intolerance too. I had a massage with Basia who clearly was an expert in her field. I'd definitely come again and would highly recommend to others. The holiday village itself also looks fantastic!

Great place to stay at family friendly, great for corporate events which is what I was here for, staff were amazing the grounds were amazing would highly recommend this place if people are looking for family break and corporate events.

We stayed here for one night in the Penthouse Suite and were really impressed with the quality of the room. The modern bathroom had a large shower, a spacious bath with a TV, and plenty of towels. The room itself featured a king-size four-poster bed, air conditioning, large wardrobes with plenty of hangers, tea and coffee facilities, and a large TV. Overall, it was a high-quality room of a very high standard. However, I did miss a welcome pack, which would have been useful, including a map of the complex and perhaps menus from the site's different hospitality venues.
Ribby Hall itself is a huge complex with a wide variety of services, all of which you can see on their website. We didn't get the chance to use the spa facilities, but it is high on my agenda for when I return. I did, however, take advantage of the adult pool in the health club, which was a good size at 25 metres and wasn't too crowded when we used it. A word of advice: do take a towel with you.
Breakfast was freshly made to order, not buffet style, meaning your food, which is locally sourced, is served fresh and hot by the team, who, like everyone else, seemed to be working with a smile on their faces.
What made the resort stand out to me was the quality of the staff. I was already impressed by the friendly, attentive approach of the team. Everything was done with a smile and friendliness, and they all appeared to work well together as a happy team.
This standard of service was severely tested during our stay, and you get a true understanding of how good any organisation is when they have to deal with a challenging situation. At 3 am, a hot water pipe under one of our room's bathroom sinks suddenly burst, flooding the room with steaming hot water. I immediately phoned reception, who quickly arrived at our door. Having assessed the situation, the receptionist's main concern was for their guests, and they immediately moved us to another room. We were lucky to end up in the executive penthouse suite, with the minimum of fuss. The next morning, the team were fully up to speed with the situation and couldn't have been more apologetic or helpful. I was so impressed with their response to the situation and passed on my thanks at the time.
I would recommend anyone to spend time here, enjoy the extensive facilities, relax, enjoy the location, and be pampered. Do this in a place where the staff really do look after their guests' needs, putting them at the centre of attention so that guests have the best opportunity to have a great holiday.

Had a lovely over night stay at the spa hotel. The spa experience was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. After all this we had a lovely meal in the restaurant, our waiter Lez was fantastic so happy and helpful, he really made our night so enjoyable. He's a real credit to this venue.
