Had a spa day for my mums birthday. The spa was amazing very clean and relaxing with a gorgeous view ! Had a two course lunch for food and the chocolate brownie was to die for would definitely visit again.

Booked a spa day for three friends and we all loved it. The package included an hour in the spa, including outdoor hot tub (could have been a bit hotter) then two half hour treatments.I had a half hour facial and half hour back, neck and shoulders massage - absolutely marvelous. Our therapists were all great.All followed by a fabulous two course meal in the lovely Whins Green Kitchen.We all thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go again.

Beautiful place, amazing food, lovely treatments and even more lovely staff.It was my mums birthday for our massage and afternoon tea on Saturday. My mum is a full time carer and finds it difficult to get out for herself at all. She had an amazing time and the staff even gave her a little gift, totally unprompted. It was really lovely Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Visited Contours today for a wonderful spa package. The massage was absolutely incredible. Amazing views from the hot tub and lovely home cooked healthy food . Hidden gem!Will definitely return.Thanks to all the team! X

Went for a spa day on Saturday. Supposed to be in at 12. Got completely ignored until 12.20. Then taken downstairs to a very musty steam room and sauna. The hot tub was luke warm and only 1 set of jets worked. Changing area is tiny (as big as a downstairs loo) however there is 4 lockers in their.....its just big enough for 1. We were told water would be brought to us but never ever got it. Left in the area for 1hr 10 mins before someone came and told us we'd go for our treatment in 10 mins. 15 mins later someone else came down and told us we had to wait another 10 mins. The treatment (full body massage was fantastic!) After we got changed we went to the restaurant where we had pre ordered food. After 20 mins we had to chase it up and still had to wait again because no one knew where the order was. When it did turn up it was bloody awful ?Service was terrible but what do you expect when the place was run by kids!

We had a wonderful afternoon here yesterday starting with a 2 course lunch at whins green kitchen.Then had exclusive use of the spa for an hour which was just enough before having our treatments. Very relaxing. Staff were super helpful. We will definitely be back. Our new favourite place.
