Food was okay but the young girls working there
need to work on their customer service skills as they were discussing private things in front of customers and made us feel uncomfortable, felt like it was a school playground.

Ordered 4 party platters for my Dad's 85th Birthday celebration, they were beautifully prepared by our sandwich artist , enjoyed by all our guests and every sandwich was eaten, perfection. I returned to the store to thank them and was personally able to thank the girl who prepared them all. The boxes were labelled in rows so our guests who many were elderly could read before they selected what their sandwich contained

The manager shouts and degrades the teenage female workers there, very hostile atmosphere. I overheard the old man manager shouting at a teenage girl that he was going to withhold her pay because she was trying to quit, I feel very sorry for the girls who work there. Nice food but atrocious atmosphere and for that reason I will not be returning because you can get the same food at every other subway with a much atmosphere.

I came into subway for some lunch, and the young lady names tanzi served me very politely and the food was a smashing 10/10. Service was excellent, food was amazing and her manners were spectacular, 100% recommend you to get served by her.

The manager can often be heard berating staff for minor issues loudly in the front of the store and generally being rude and unlikeable. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store and feel extremely sorry for the young girls working there.

The customer service here is terrible. Girl behind the till was rude, and not doing her job correctly. At the end she gave me a bag without even putting my stuff in. Don't recommend going

Excellent coffee at Cleveleys and excellent service too although rather expensive compared to some other Subways in the area.
