Very good service and quality of glasses other cheaper stores don't have the same quality and as I wear my glasses alot I want quality and make sure they will last and they also repaired an old pair for free so I am confident with after sales service aswell

Because of the attitude of the female staff member who answered the phone when I called to say I was stuck in traffic and may be 10 mins late for my appointment, I will not be returning to any of Specsavers branches again!!!
