This morning I went into 02 to see about a new phone contract. Deano helped me, he explained everything every step of the way and asked if I had any questions. He got me a great deal and even set the new phone up. He went above and beyond, I asked how much he thought I could get for my new phone and he looked up quotes for me and was extremely helpful. He has also helped my mother in the past who also said he did a great job. He made it easy and quick getting a new phone and setting it up. Thank you so much.

Went in to set up new direct debit, new number on new Samsung phone. Guy in there was really pleasant, helpful and professional.

This has to be the worst retail experience me and my wife have ever experienced, we went into the cleveleys store today and was met by two of the most unhelpful and rude staff we've ever come across, Harry was just plain unhelpful but the female staff member we believe was Ali was very rude and abrupt, as we are cleveleys residents it was our nearest store, we had to go to the Blackpool 02 store where we were met by Ryan, talk about the complete opposite Ryan was very polite and helpful and restored our faith in 02, we came away with two new phones feeling a lot better, if it wasn't for Ryan we would have gone to another phone provider as we only went into the Blackpool store to see if we could get a phone number to complain about our horrendous cleveleys experience.. Ryan saved the day.

Rude staff, no interest in helping existing customers. Wouldn't even check his computer to see if he could sort it. Went to Blackpool Branch who were far more helpful.

I recently spent £1,700 on an iPad Pro. There were a few issues regarding the set up and I had to return to the shop twice to get them sorted. The staff were extremely unhelpful and condescending.

I want to complain about the off hand manner of one of your staff at the Cleveleys branch of O2. I have had no internet all morning but turns out enough data so I went to the shop to see what might be wrong.The shop assistant's manner once he had got the internet back was insulting and disrespectful. I tried to speak to a manager but after more than 5 minutes, the manager had still not appeared with the employee. I do not expect to be looked at blankly with a bored shrug of the shoulders; when I showed him that my internet was back on, he said blankly, "what are you showing me?". Another line was I'm not an expert Im a sales assistant. When I said to him I felt he was being rude and unhelpful, as I left the shop, he shouted over to me, in front of other customers "Fine!". Then again.I have never been treated like that in this O2 shop before. Very poor customer service from this young man.
