I went to the dry cleaners in Morrisons Cleveleys on Thursday morning. When I got to the counter a lady member of staff was sat on a chair leaning back facing towards the counter. I put my carrier bag on the counter with 2 ladies jackets in for cleaning. The lady got up picked the first jacket up and said this is a washable jacket not suitable for dry cleaning., I thanked her and got the other jacket out. I explained I needed it for Saturday and she checked and said that could be washed as well as dry cleaned I explained I was going somewhere special and because the jacket had 3 pleats on the back I would prefer it to be cleaned she was turned the jacket over had a look and said it would not be ready till Monday. It was obvious because of the pleats on the back she didn?t want to do it. I have used the cleaning service in Morrisons for years and never been rebuffed like this all I can say is if you don?t want to do the work get a different job.

I'm in this store regular and I voice the same concerns about the state of the stock , it makes me wonder if morrisons are struggling ive asked about items which I would normally buy and they've been out of stock for 6 to 8 weeks I've enquired with the store manager all i got was excuses blaming delivery and supplies hard at the moment

Many of the fridges where the cooked packets of meat are kept are still out of order and shuttered off.
That's at least 3 weeks in a row now.
Plus, lots of empty spaces on the aisle shelves and stock not reappearing for weeks on end.
It's going rapidly downhill ?

I have been a loyal customer at this store for well over 10 years, and always choosing it as my preferred supermarket. Unfortunately, in recent months I have noticed a sharp decline in standards.
The fridges have been broken for weeks on end, leaving whole sections of produce unavailable. Shelves are often empty, making it difficult to do a full shop, and it seems more focus is placed on picking orders for Amazon deliveries than on keeping the store stocked and ready for loyal customers who walk through the doors.
It?s a real shame, as this used to be a reliable and well-managed store. Sadly, I?ve now reached the point where I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I truly hope the management takes these concerns seriously, as the current state of the store is not acceptable for long-standing customers.

just been to morrisons as a person that has to use dropped curbs it will be nice to have one on the path near the barrier side in to the car park sick of getting beeped trying to get my little scooter on to the curb as cars come around off the a585 fast , and the bushes need cutting back nearly over the path

Just recently there seems to be a lot of empty shelves and freezers. I noticed that some of the prices have gone up, not just a couple of pence but 10 or 20 pence which is quite a big jump.

Can't get off car park avoid at all cost

Have used this store for over 30 years. Would not recommend its use any longer.. I shall be using a different store. Freezers always broken very low stock levels. Some lines are not available more often than not. Since a McDonald's opened on the same site traffic cand be a serious issue.
