My wife ordered a collection, was checking the items when a very rude woman stated that you don't need to check, we know what we are doing. And guess what, yep, missing food from order and overcharged

We ordered through Just Eat and were given a 35 to 40 minute window. An hour later it still hadn?t arrived. Rang KFC and got told by a young girl that they didn?t have my order number on their list and told to contact Just Eat for a refund. Whilst trying to find how to contact Just Eat got a second email from KFC saying my order was confirmed and giving me a different number. I rang KFC again with the new number and was given to the same giggling girl I had spoken to previously who said that they didn?t have the second number either and that probably the driver had taken it to eat and why didn?t I have something else or reorder? I explained that the reason for the order was because I was flying to Australia in the morning so didn?t have any food or anything in the house. She obviously didn?t care and told me again to take it up with Just Eat but no help in how I did that. I put the ?phone down and ordered a Domino?s Pizza. Ten minutes later - knock on the door and there?s the KFC - piping hot and 10 minutes after that the pizza arrived. My simple takeaway meal with a couple of friends before flying to Australia cost me well over £60 and a lot of high blood pressure hassle and it will be a long long time before I use either Just Eat or KFC again.

Couldn?t organize a booze up if bought the drink in for them food tasteless warm . Staff not polite would give a zero rating if there was one won?t be going back . Needs a bloody good manager putting in

What a great restaurant. I was served by a very professional young lady called Lili who was very knowledgeable and helped me enhance my meal. The restaurant is clean and the food was hot and fresh.

It's always chaos in here - it took 30 minutes from paying for my food to it actually being ready. That's the opposite of fast food.... it was a bog standard sharing box, no changes to the order.Its very unorganised in there- the delivery drivers block the counter and waiting area - it needs a better process for everyone.

Recently I had a great experience at KFC. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a young tall girl, with black glasses. I would definitely recommend this KFC to anyone looking for a quick and easy meal, good taste of fresh food, thanks

I have ordered a few times from kfc cleveleys Victoria Road and I will say the food is good but the service is terrible. Every time I order on line my order has food missing and we have to go out and pick up the missing food but even tho you go out to get the missing food when you have already paid for it to be delivered you end up standing in the kfc shop for 45 minutes or longer. It's a disgrace .instead of all the serving staff laughing and chatting maybe they should pay attention to what there doing and to there customers. Its a piss take .

This has to be the worst KFC around. Every time I have been in (which isn?t often) I?ve asked for a vegan burger there reply is the oven isn?t fixed. That oven must have been broke since they brought the vegan burger out. It?s rubbish they just don?t and can?t be bothered doing them it?s as simple as that, they should take it off their menu and not advertise that they do it. The girl who served us was young & very rude really wasn?t any need for it. She was plump dark hair and wore black glasses. I wouldn?t recommend anyone to go the waiting time just to get served was ridiculous they concentrate on the delivery?s more than the walk ins. It?s dirty not run professionally and definitely not a fast take away. They can?t even get your order right always something missing it really has gone down.

By far the worst kfc on the planet, the place needs closing down, I?ve been banned from ordering on uber because 3 times I?ve had to have a refund because twice the food was stone cold and things missing and the last time I order 10 piece boned bucket which was replaced with 2 boned pieces 6 strips and 2 hot wings Every time I go in to order I always have to check before I leave. as I ordered 10 piece bucket and there was 7 yes 7 drumsticks in it, I?ve ordered 3piece meals and get 2 drumsticks every time. When you do get a piece that?s not a drumstick it?s very hard to even try and work out what part of the chicken it is. they try and rob you off with drumsticks all the time so have to make a point of saying 1 drumstick max the staff who pull a face but oh well. Just can?t go there ever again love kfc but this place is the pits it?s awful. Please close down or get rid of all management and staff. How this place hasn?t been closed down by the relevant departments I?ll never no.

We ordered a delivery from KFC Cleveleys at 5:53pm and the app said 15 to 25 minutes for it to arrive. It also said that they do not take the money from your account until the delivery driver informs them of a successful delivery. WRONG!!! the money went out straight away at 5:53pm. At 6:30pm, we checked and the estimated delivery time was between 6:40pm and 6:50pm. That changed to 7:00pm to 7:10pm and gradually the time kept moving until it said 7:50pm to 8:00pm. When I checked again at 7:30pm, it read "order cancelled" by which time, we had waited 1hr35m. No explanation, just cancelled..... though the money was refunded immediately. The point is though, if you cannot fulfill your contract (yes, you enter into a contract when you take our money), you should not advertise a service you cannot offer. This is appalling customer service that cannot be allowed to carry on. If you want your food delivered, DO NOT ORDER FROM KFC CLEVELEYS. They do not deliver and offer no explanation whatsoever!!! Thank goodness for the Tasty Wok just across the road. Excellent food, promptly delivered, tastier and cheaper!

I get KFC quite regular and have been hugely disappointed on plenty of occasions HOWEVER I have recently moved into the area and this was by far the best KFC I have ever had. Ordered via Uber for delivery. Turned up hot, tasty and full of flavour. Even the gravy was thick (a good thing) whereas been like water in the past at other restaurants. I don?t often write reviews but I go out of my way when I feel it is deserved
