Terrible customer services. Just went in and was totally ignored by the woman at the help desk with blondish hair in a pony tail .I walked out . Don't moan when they close down branches , some deserve it

Tried to help a friend by putting money into his account so he could get back to Blackpool from Portsmouth and was informed that only criminals pay cash into other peoples accounts to launder money even though I'd just taken my money from their cash machine. Was interested in moving to a bank that had branches locally which is Halifax. Sadly as my cash has now been designated as criminal money by Halifax Cleveley's I will most definitely not be changing to a branch like this. I do believe that there's a Skipton branch over the road, I'll see if they're interested in my £3000 a month in one of their accounts instead.

Really good service, staff, extreemly helpfull, and patient with customers, quite wide store, suitable for wheelchairs good machines, and counter service. All on the flat with big electronic doors, and seats inside to wait. But the staff are the best ?

Don't use the counter as the staff don't know the definition of GDPR. Asked for a balance for my ISA to be printed and the clerk proceed to blurt out how much I have in the account in front of other customers. MadnessFollowing on from this we have had another incident where my card and cash got stuck in the deposit machine. No funds were added to my account and I had to wait forever for help. Really incompetent. When the issue was resolved they once again breached GDPR by shouting out how much money I was depositing.When filing a complaint they claim to have called you to discuss it but they haven't.I'm now in the process of moving all my money to a different bank (and going fully online so I dont have to deal with anothet human face-to-face). Staff are rude, don't care and make things very difficult

This is the worst Halifax in the fylde coast staff are always rude and very argumentative.

Went it to change some details, waited at customer services for quite a while, and despite staff looking over at me, then avoiding eye contact, no one came over. Not the first time it's happened either. Just not a great banking experience, but I suppose they want you to do everything online now anyway. I'll use santander from now on, their customer service is generally better

Conflicting advise given everytime I visit. I seriously believe they are completely incompetent in this branch and find accessing the branch via phone or in person ridiculously difficult to do.
