“I am a volunteer at bernardo in thorton and the staff and other volunteers are really nice and the store manager Tracy is really nice and helpful and I am really liking it there and I will give Tracy 10/10 for helpingredients me for the first day I stating at the charly shop she is really nice person to work with and Steve a volunteer who worked the day I work there he is really friendly and nice and the shop is always tidy and clean and friendly costumbers and staff .”

“This shop was run by a brilliant woman, she run this shop with care and we all know its a bit exspenive for a second hand donated items shop but she ran the shop beautifully. the shop is spotless but I now belive she has left because management wanted more and more, shame on you for letting her go it's the best run second hand shop in cleveleys but won't be any longer now you have let her go.”

“A very good shop selling pre-loved goodies including some branded clothing. I spotted a Nike top and Bench jeans while shopping. The staff are nice and they also have a fitting room.”

“Shop relocated across the road in Nov 2019 to where the Sense charity shop was. More choice now as much bigger premises. The review by Craig Richardson is nonsense and cannot relate to the Cleveleys shop which charges no more than £5 for a pair of jeans, I should know my partner volunteers there! Could be confused with another shop as Cleveleys is hardly considered a desirable area.”
