Sadly after nearly 20 years as a patient I've found myself being told via a letter I am no longer registered there as an NHS patient but they would happily welcome me into their private practice, unfortunately I cannot afford this and cannot find another dentist now. Did not have the decency to inform me I no longer had an NHS dentist, after being a patient for 20 years, and now hounding me with letters to go private. No thanks.
