Absolutely shocking experience.
Took over 35minutes for two chips and cheese.
Ended up with no chips and chesse
But a baked potato and cheese
Wich is not pleasant ans not nice tasting

Post on behalf of my son? Ordered ?The Dukes Special? it should have come in a metal tray as it comes with everything including chips so a lot but came in a cardboard tray so all on top of each other and shoved together. Asked for pitta bread instead of naan and also an extra pitta with naan which was hard. Asked specifically for extra red salt came with NONE. The kebab meat used to be amazing it was cheap and horrible and the koftas were like a slicked up burger. Granted should have called when I received it but was fuming so called up tonight and basically got told to ?do one? ?? used to work here and wasn?t expecting this sort of customer service. Absolutely dreadful

Used these for years. Always ordered veg pizza (no mushrooms) tonight got the mushrooms so expecting now I'm going to be ill due to fungi intolerance . Phoned did offer to make a new one, but to late as I've already eaten half of last one

For the second time in the last month, I have ordered from Dukes, the last time I waited over an hour for the food yo arrive. They explained that they were busy, tonight I placed an order at 6.10pm, I rang at 7.40, they said the driver will be outside , I am writing this at 8.25 and still no food has arrived. I would give no stars if I could, this business is appalling, I will never order from them again,
