Food never arrived. Waited over a hour and a half for a pre order and couldn?t get hold of them on the phone. It?s a shame as food is normally good but I won?t be ordering again based on this recent experience

Got a takeaway. Delivery was over an hour late, cold and the pizza was pretty much a frozen pizza you can get from the local shop. And the wings were like chickens toe nails. Absolutely horrendous. All chucked in the bin. £26 too absolute rip off. Don?t waste your money here.

Pre ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered at 7pm. Didn't arrive until 8.15pm. When they did arrive they weren't even what we ordered!
Drove down to take them back. I explained what had happened and the woman just looked at me and didn't say anything.
Young man in the back came out and offered to make us new ones. No compensation or anything even though we waited over an hour. Asked for a refund, the lady then tried to give me £20 even though it cost £30.50!
Got the refund sorted but no apology for the service! Used to be good but seems to have gone downhill.

Where do I start? Took over an hour and 5 minutes to receive a garlic bread with caramalised onion, the tiniest portion of garlic mushrooms and some microwaved potato wedges. Garlic bread is about 3.2 inches from 13 inch as advertised - we measured. Rather disappointing to say this place used to be really good. Clearly gone downhill rapid. Wouldn?t recommend. Make better food at spoons. ? terrible -20/10

The Best Ever Eat Garlic Bread, thank You so much :-) New loyal customer now, always speak with staff if You want order or ask question, I think they are very happy to answer, Secret Small Familly Company in Heart of Lytham, close to buses and Sainsbury, good sizes pizza for collection and delivery, near car park and public roads and You can easy jump for favorite pizza, they have options for own pizza, good deals too for single or couple on weekend nights, next time will be try BBQ special hehe, thanks for smiley and welcome on my first time here, more places like this and will be perfect, small sit bench inside, fridge with cans and freezer ice cream, very good service and quick and I am happy, thanks so muchVegetarian options: Ask Staff and they make the best for YouDietary restrictions: Yes, ask, if You have QuestionsParking: Plenty spaces aroundKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes
