Got a delivery and the food was just awful, overflowing with sauce, not boxed up when it's supposed to be for deliveries, not toasted when we selected it to be toasted. Missing items, It was disgusting.

Poor service, staff wearing I correct uniform (grey trackie pants), complaining that they didn't want to be their, spraying cleaner over the top of unprotected food. Disgusting. Will not be going back.

The bread was extremely stale. The tuna hadn't been mixed with mayo was was dry. Even though this may seem small, the foot long wasnt cut in half.Over all my order was extremely disappointing. This was through a deliveroo order so I can't even get my money back.

We went in the other Saturday and the service was very poor and it was very expensive. Not worth the money at all. We won't be going there again

Stale bread and unfriendly tattooed male member of Staff.All they have to do is serve a basic sandwich and be nice yet somehow that's hard work and they're doing you a favour!! Really strange

I guess they just employ anybody nowadays, customer services is very bad, gave my misses a funny look because she was looking at the menu. Just the way the girl was speaking was just in a horrible tone.The way she's spoke to me and spoke to the other customers it makes you wonder.I think in general mersey side people are just rude.

The sandwich looked like it had been in a car crash and i sat in to eat mine so the staff definitely need training as half of the ingredients fell out when I unwrapped it.Definitely the worst subway I've been too.

Full of mongs. If you order something online and it's not available in store. Instead of letting you know they take it upon themselves and guess what you woukd like as a replacement.Order from here if you want a random sandwich that you didn't order.
