Mark and his team of wonderful staff go above and beyond. Can't thank them enough always friendly and helpful. Never let us down. Can't thank them.enough. there's a chemist closer to us but we prefer to travel to marks as the service is always excellent and prescriptions are always done on time.

This fantastic pharmacy has looked after me for the last 4 years. I collect regular prescriptions and in 4 years they have never let me down. I order myself and then receive a text to collect a few days later, and this system works like clockwork! If ever there has been a problem with my medicine, they have already sorted out an alternative directly with my surgery, before I was even aware of a problem. Thank you Mark and the team for being so reliable, and such a lovely pharmacy.

Lovely, helpful staff BUT a regular battle to get metal health meds & pain relief in the alloted time. We've been using this pharmacy for over a year now, with the same items ordered regularly. I always order them in plenty if time. So now I ring the surgery to confirm the scrip has been sent across. I call the pharmacy to see if it's ready ... ''it'll be ready tomorrow after 2'', ''Why, when they were ordered in plenty of time'', ''We have to order them in'', is the usual answer. BUT if you question this, all of a sudden the items are there & it's ready for collection after 2pm! Surely when ordering your stock, you include things you know will be needed on a regular basis. Instead of ordering in when a script arrives! We use the SMS service too but we don't rely totally on these, especially when multiple items have been ordered. You go to collect thinking it's a complete order but it's not, the usual reply is ''We've had to order it!! So that means having to go out again. I'm 64 & disabled & my husband is 78 with arthritic knees, spinal stenosis & COPD ! It makes life difficult when you're constanly having to chase up your own medication so please, please BUCK UP!

Absolutely awful chemist. The past 4 times including today there has been no chemist on the premises for them to hand over my prescription even though I have texts to say it?s ready to collect. Now changed chemist for my collections hopefully for the better !!

Having paid for a prescription ~3 months ago I get a letter today from NHS BSA saying I claimed prepayment and have been threatened with a penalty charge of £100 for allegedly falsely claiming prepayment. I seem to be on Rowland?s system as prepayment, indeed I was asked when collecting the prescription ?you?re prepayment aren?t you?? and I said no and proceeded to pay at the till for the prescription, and a box of tissues I think. When I rang Rowland?s today to ask why they have falsely accused me of claiming prepayment they said that?s what their system says. I have no idea why that would be but it?s their mistake, I have never claimed this, and always pay. I think my last prescription before December was in May so prepayment makes no sense. Don?t you have to provide proof of prepayment if claiming that? Or sign something at least? It appears not, at least not at Rowland?s, as they tell me the onus is on me to provide proof of payment. Hoping their Head Office can resolve this satisfactorily on Monday.

Best chemist ever brilliant staff also stayed open an extra 10min because I've been waiting all day for the doctors to sign off on my tablets which I needed for my stomach and chemist didn't receive it til 550 meant to shut at 6 but stayed open till 610 and had it ready
