Went to pick my prescription up on Friday the 8/8/25 to be told they could not give me my prescription even though it was there ready as there was no pharmist on the premises & that they could not even sell anything of the shelf so why where they even open,I explained that I would be without medication over the weekend & that my medication was for heart problem but they didn't seem to care wouldn't have been to bad if they where open Saturday mornings & I could have picked it up them never know a chemist like absolutely shambolic I definitely will be change my chemist for my repeat prescription

Absolute joke of a setup at rowlands digmoor parade. Just went up for a prescription and they have no pharmacist to dispence prescriptions. I could try later or go to another pharmacy was my options

Moved my prescription to Digmoor and so happy with the service. The text alert is great, telling me when to collect my medication.
Also booked my flu jab here too.
Staff are always professional and friendly.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The management now wants a week notice to get a prescription, it's difficult enough to order repeat prescriptions if you have multiple items all with different reorder days, then to give a week notice on them all as well. Not user friendly! ?

I have been on the phone for just over an hour, the phone at rolands keeps ringing and ringing then they cut you off.
I am convinced they pick the receiver up and put it back down.
Then when you ring again it's engaged.
I have been in the shop to collect a priscripton and have heard the phone ringing and nobody answers it, the staff in the back doing the prescriptions are often chatting to each other and the phone gets ignored.

Went to pick my prescription up and got asked if I would like my blood pressure taken which I id been waiting for at least 2 months from the doctors ...it was easy and quick would recommend going to Rowlands to have blood pressure done again

Today, when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription written the previous day, I must first state that the doctor said that your pharmacist would help with this issue, but they did not help at all. This search engine would be more useful if I asked Google and found it manually. Afterwards, my son (6y) and I waited 45 minutes for them to deliver me the 1 box of medicine written in my prescription. There was no one waiting this long except us. Also, when I said that we had been waiting for 45 minutes, I received the answer that they were very busy. However, I would like to write down the details that only we waited 45 minutes and everyone who came after us received service before us. The suggestion "you can consult your pharmacist" written everywhere is definitely not valid here. It is not acceptable to be kept waiting for 45 minutes for a box of medicine that should already be ready, not even to apologize, and for those who come after us to receive service before us. It is a pharmacy we will never go to again, and I will be deleting it from our GP registered pharmacy as soon as possible.

Always very helpful, friendly and efficient. I chose this pharmacy for my regular prescriptions although I could have gone to others in the area. Also parking is easy.
