Always a long queue. Left waiting ages and staff were serving people who put in their prescriptions after me. I have now changed pharmacy after repeatedly receiving poor service.

Absolutly shite ordered my prescription the middle of last week.been told it be ready Tuesday this week Then recently told it be ready Wednesday this week.
I am really struggling without my Duloxetine depression, anxiety meds and my pain releif meds for my chronic pains been 5 days with out them. Prescriptions used to be done quicker with the original pharmasist need to get him back. There was none of this they send your prescription off and gets made up else where and sent back to the pharmacy.Why not make prescriptions there like you used too

I understand they were having a bad day and the Internet was down but when your 5 week old grandson needs milk you can only get on prescription and it nearly 5.30 on a Friday night and you have spent over 4 hours running between the doctors and the pharmacy you think they could of at least try to help you instead of just keep saying there

Prescribed antibiotics at 10:30 figured I?d give them some time so arrived at 16:40 still waiting an hour later after being told it will be ?just a minute?. If this pharmacy cannot put 10-15 of the most common antibiotics in a box with a label in 1 hour they do not deserve their licence - avoid at all costs!

Went to the doctor's at sandy lane who prescribed our 1 year old basic eye drops for conjunctivitis. After waiting in a pungent waiting area for 10 minutes advised that we had to go to upholland for it.Sorry but regardless of where the doctor has sent it (in this case incorrectly) surely Rowlands can give you basic eye drops if they are in store and mark on their system that it was picked up there. Not everyone has access to a car so what would they do in this case? Walk? For the record from sandy land to upholland Rowlands it is a 1 hour 28 minute walk.When I got to Up Holland they advised that Rowlands in Ashurst had the prescription. The man at Up Holland cancelled it and reissued it from his pharmacy. So it could have been done that way at Sandy lane.Scary that this lot are in charge of people's health. Pathetic and amateurish.

I wouldn't even leave a 1 star, had me waiting 40 minutes for a prescription for them to tell me they had to order it in, being pregnant and surrounded by ill people. Poor customer service, think because they now have seats in there they can take longer on everyone?s prescriptions

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, the staff in particular Leslie are extremely rude. It?s never straight forward to pick up your prescription, it?s never ready on time, you are always told to wait, but who has half an hour spare to sit waiting for your prescription. They are never in a rush even when the queue is out the door, I often see them standing chatting when it?s busy. Multiple times my prescription has been sent to a different chemist for me to chase around, sometimes they don?t even bother ordering in what I need and tell me to look elsewhere. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH SOME SERIOUS CONCERN I THINK THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW STAFF!!

I have never ever known a chemist like this in my life eveything Is so slow you can be waiting from 20 min to an hour weather it's busy or not I had to change chemists it was that bad something needs to change here or it will have no customers left infact when ever this chemist is mentioned all I here is how bad it is this chemist needs looking into before I closees

Time to wrap up and give another company the chance to give the residents of skelmersdale the service they deserve. If it were anything other than our meds they supplied they would not have survived. We dread going there to pick up or meds.they have a serious issue with their processes and staff. Their is no urgency or understanding of customer needs whatsoever and I believe they think they are doing a good job. Open your eyes rowlands give your customers what they deserve.
