Always check your order because 12 times out if 10 its wrong. Mind blown how I've been mcdonalds across the world and the worst one is on our doorstep. Been only twice this year and has been wrong both times with missing items. Must waste so much food because people can't check a list of items.

As anyone else ever actually got food from the drive through window, every time we call, it's Park in one of the bays and then wait 15 mins for small orders. There's other mcdonals across the country with better service.

Always friendly, food most times cold, and going through drive through nearly always have to park in the bay and wait. Once having to wait for 3x pancakes with syrup for 21 minutes (wasn't busy), always around 15 minutes wait, fries have gone the worst

Could understand making a custom order but when you come and get 2 Mcfiver meals for the kids you?d expect 8 nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers sitting there ready

Just got a barbecue chicken wrap Apple pie and an orange sparkly
Waited for more than 15 minutes outside to get my meal. when it came, there was no apple pie, wasted another six minutes to get the pie when I got home, the meal was cold and the drink was like water . Skelmersdale restaurants rubbish

There's nothing like a McDonald's. That's hopefully very true. There's a subway within 100 metres, a KFC, is close by. Inside the concourse are a few more food outlets. Make the journey away.
