On Sunday, I was trying to get to asda and very late. I've realised that was passed 4 pm, so I've decided to find a local store. Found on map this morrison and made my way to it. As soon as I've tried to get a few products, I've noticed that most of them expired from February this year and even from last year, along with a massive layer of dust. My dear lord, I will never ever go to this store again. I'm very disappointed!!!

some of the staff are nice and polite but some are very aggressive they forget they are at work very often I don't feel like going there at all but when I enter I always feel bad there are two women they are very nice but the rest of the staff are very aggressive they look at you very bad i feel very bad sometimes you ask them something and they scold you but i think once again they misbehave with me i will file a complaint

Worse shop ever bad staff attitude unhelpful ridiculous prices boxes and cages all over shop floor not even a pkt of white barms in the whole store

Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Shop has most things and there's also a post office inside.

I would not even give this 1 star but have to in order to write a review . My 11 Yr old went alone into your skelmersdale store today to be laughed and intimidated by 2 men who work there this is appalling behaviour from your staff my daughter is a child she was alone and they laughed at her they are no more than bullies . DISGRACEFUL

Julie Nutbrown, I worked with 35+ years ago. I have worked in Customer Services for 30 years and I must say her personal service is second to none. I have witnessed her going out of her way to make sure individual shoppers get what they need. Nothing is too much for Julie and she always has a genuine smile and never moody which I think is amazing especially in these difficult times too. Brilliant genuine Customer Service

Staff attentive & helpful, had what I required job done.? There's a cash point and post office . Also there was various £1 deals on offer, which I sampled obviously. Just being polite?? on the whole great staff great shop!
