I recently visited this store over the weekend and had difficulty finding a certain product and asked a member of staff for assistance Bianca was very friendly and polite and took me straight to the product I was after I cannot praise her enough for her help she is a credit to your Skelmersdale store and to Iceland in general.

I shop personally at Iceland sited within the Skelmersdale Concourse Retail Facilities.Iceland provides an excellent range of food stuff that bends good quality with a very fair pricing strategy. What's not to like about that.

Staff really friendly and helpful, food reasonable considering the hefty increase in the cost of living now, deals are great I got 8 Goodfellas pizzas for £10 the other day really tasty too. Lots of offers available aswell.

Went to the Skelmersdale branch, had exactly what I needed, great choice of fresh & frozen food. Extremely rude lady on the till Bianca needs to do customer service refresher training, don't know if it was because it was Christmas Eve and it was busy... bit she wasn't very pleasant

Iceland has managed to keep the price of its range of budget ready meals at the pre Covid £1.00 even though the cost of living crisis that has followed and recently added new meals to its range.

Lots of variety. Plenty of famous brands at reasonable prices. At Christmas they have a really good range of seasonal items.
