We booked two flue tabs. On set dates set times. First appointment cancelled as no staff. One of us was called to say come in next day. So we arrived and they had no idea. The pharmacist was holes and no idea how to get the booking on the screen. Even with email confirmation. Eventually we got one jabs. So far two weeks later we have still not recived the second jab no communication or any further information or refund

Avoid it. I visited on the 5th of June at 13:20 as I had a swollen and very red right eye. There was one girl behind the till serving the customers. She advised me to speak with the pharmacist who was at the bottom of the shop. Three times she called him without any answer. I tried a few times to talk with him but he ignored me. After a while, another girl come and asked me if I need help. I explained my situation, showing her my eye. She went close to Richard, that is the name of the pharmacist, I heard that she explains my health conditions. She told her to give me some medication. My question is how this pharmacist offered Medication without even seeing the patient.?? Who will take responsibility if something happens whit my vision?? Better than they did not have it. The license of this pharmacist must be taken as he is unprofessional behavior and dangerous to patients.

I do feel sorry for the staff here as its a extremely busy pharmacy. The phone line is not fit for purpose as its constantly engaged or just rings out. Lovely staff .

Absolutely the worst chemist I have ever been, you have to go in twice as its never ready when it should be. Really not good and I am going to change

Shop did not open till 09.15, meant to open at 9am. Staff don't care.

Don't get your prescriptions from here, ordered a repeat a week ago and they haven't bothered doing them. Went to pick it up and told to come back, it's not like they have to prepare anything as it's just a box of tablets. Went back a 2nd time and was told that they owe me 5 days worth. What I have been given is a mish mash of cut tablets to make the other 25 days. Absolutely shocking service, not very hygienic either. Stroppy lady on the till moaned they haven't enough staff and have taken on 600 extra patients. THAT ISN'T OUR FAULT!!!!!!! Her answer was go somewhere else then. When I asked when the ones they owe will be in she just shrugged her shoulders and said keep coming back. I won't be back. Wish I could give no stars

It?s probably a wider issue linked to how Boots resources it?s branches, but after using the Skem branch many, many years for prescriptions i?ve recently switched to a different pharmacy. This is due to the service deteriorating seriously and becoming completely inefficient. Last straw was when I was lied to recently when ringing re a repeat prescription, being told they only received it from GP last thing Monday, when I know for a fact it was received Friday. They told me I always need to allow 4 days, which is ridiculous. Used to always get it dispensed within 48hrs, but not any more. I switched to a Numark branch and now enjoy an ultra-efficient service that dispenses my repeat scripts within 24hrs, which is as it should be!

All staff at your concouce store are so helpful and nothing is a problem for them. Leam the pharmacist is so good go's out of his way to help. I wouldn't go any where else. They never get enough praise for the work they all do
