Had my tooth removed ealier today by Dr Mahmood. As a nervous patient who is frightened of needles I was very scared. Dr Mahmood patiently explained the procedure, took his time and I didn't even feel the needle which I was most concerned about. Thank you for your superb care and attention.

Would give 0 if possible. Twice I've been her for an emergency appointment. It's taken 6 months to be seen by an external dentist organised by this practice. I don't think the dentist that had seen me has any real skill due to me being sat in the chair for all of 30 seconds. I'm still in excruciating pain and can't help but notice that the original details that I gave for the reason for my appointment have been totally ignored. Avoid!

First of all good luck getting through to book an appointment.Secondly, if and when you do get through you may be greeted by possibly one of the rudest and arrogant receptionists I?ve ever come across. (Please note this is one of the receptionists that work here, rest are polite enough).Thirdly, anything other then a check up, good luck getting it sorted.I?ve had a severe toothache for over a month, painkillers don?t even take the edge off, been told I need two extractions, while this has going on my first child arrived and my entire paternity leave has been marred by the pain shooting up the side of my face, I?ve not slept in what feels like forever with dealing with both baby and the pain and no help whatsoever from the practice.I go back you work next week driving HGVs, let?s see how that goes.Ashurst dental practice,Thank you for nothing.

Since I joined practice (two years ago) I didn?t have any bad experience. Me and my daughter can?t recommend this practice enough. They are super lovely and always make us comfortable doesn?t matter what problem we have. Amazing customer service.Can only say thank you!

First visit since covid hit. Have to say it was a pleasant experience from ringing making the appointment(which was next day) to visiting this morning. Dentist was very thorough and explained everything. I felt so at ease even made a 6 month appointment. Having to pay for treatment it didn?t break the bank. Other dental surgery wanted to take xrays etc before they even had seen my teeth. Also wanted to sign up to monthly payments. Nothing like that here so well done and Thankyou

TLDR: tried charging me twice, I was having none of itUpdate: After I emailed a complaint, they looked into it and corrected the mistake - I now have antibiotics and an appointment to rectify the issue. Up'd to 3 stars because of the correction but leaving at 3 as it took them a week of me having to contact them while being infected and in pain---Attended with a toothache, had a filling done, pain returned within a few days so attended again and instead of the cost falling under the previous cost (as you'd expect with it apparently being under warranty), I was told I'd have to pay 'because its a different dentist'. No ta, you hacked me up and did a botch job and now wanna charge me to correct your mistake :/I came in asking for it to be fixed, I dont care who did it but your surgery took the job and so is responsible for the correct care being administered. If I go to a garage and the mechanic makes it worse or just doesnt fix the issue, the garage cant tell me to swivel and take it up with the individual mechanic, ridiculous

Unprofessional and awful team. Communication - 0 . Cancelled my 2nd appointment without noticing me. Unprofessional "dentist" . Didn't fix tooth. Gave me a link of Youtube video instead,to watch about tooth channel .What a jokes. Never again.Avoid this surgery as plague.

Really good reception nice friendly, good work, dentist Tamin is ready good ,friendly , you can tell that he tried his best for his patients, friendly educated patients really carefully. I'm really please reasonable price as well as I'm not NHS , highly recommended

Friendly and professional team.I was only registered with the practice for a short time and they referred me to another dentist to carry out complex dental work they were unable to do.Fortunately the practice i was referred to were able to take me on as a permanent patient.Thank you Ashurst for the treatment i did receive.
