Just eat orders being delivered in unmarked bags. So crisps missing on one day and wrong order tried being delivered to me today. Correct order still not received despite being marked delivered on the app. Asda must take responsibility. I have paid for shopping I have not received. Something is very wrong with your system. Will never use Asda or just eat again. Sad. Used to be a good honest shop.

- don?t stock shelves during the day so empty by the time workers can get there
- out of date food on shelves
- milk like this on the shelves
- 1 woman staffing both basket and trolley self service tills running around like a blue arse fly and holding onto the bags like they?re coming out of her wages.

Last order only got 1 item paid for, never got the full order either. I will not buy from Asda online again. That order had xmas essentials in. For £48 I got abot £38 worth of absolute bollcks

This Asda is ok but for the size of the town and population it's just not big enough! The town has grown and the town now needs a bigger Asda super store! The weekend All the different paying parts have large queues even the tills, what ever happened to them queue busters! All the different home wear sections are to small! I'm surprised they haven't built an upper level! The cafe has been made bigger which is good. The rest of the store needs an upgrade and revamp.

Went to this store today i couldn't find the item i wanted i asked the lady on the csd if she could help and with a few minutes she had located it and had it brought to the csd for me by a gent whos name i didn't get, the lady had long hair in a plait i think she was named Kath . First class service by both the people who helped me it was much appreciated .

What a miserable place to shop. I live locally and should really shop elsewhere. No matter what time of day the shelves aren?t stacked just a pile of empty boxes. No one seems to care? I?ve questioned staff as to why but can?t justify why it?s so bad. I would recommend sacking the store manager, re employ someone who cares. Re-train staff. How it?s stayed trading this long I just don?t know. Depressing is an understatement!!!!!!

Terrible store these days. Can't get half of what you want unless you go in the morning. Can't get fresh bread anymore - since they stopped making it in store - a random handful of loaves get delivered in from who-knows where.
Popped in today after work for a rotisserie chicken - didn't have any of course, plenty of dried up looking sausage barms though - who's buying them at half five?
Also need a pound for the trolleys, which is irritating. And hardly any manned tills now - Im sure they're saving a fortune on payroll though.

Very expensive supermarket. On some products the price has stabilised however they reduce the quantity.
Come to your senses as soon as possible otherwise consumers will turn their back on you.
We are not fools and don?t like to be considered as one!
