Overall a good doctors surgery. I am able to get appointments for my son pretty easily, for adults it's more difficult but as I have heard from friends it seems the same everywhere.I have had a problem with one doctor in the past not taking an illness seriously enough and I ended up needing hospital care overnight a few days later but since then I just ask not to be seen by that particular doctor.

I went in the doctors in person spoke to a receptionist to order my repeat prescription and my husbands. 2 weeks later stillnot at the chemist had to ring the doctors again 25 July to order them again. Why can't they do there job. I'm sick and tired having chase my meds every single month.

The receptionists at this doctors surgery are absolutely ridiculous. I've asked for my data, that's been missing from specialists, to compile my information together to hand over to a specialist doctor. They said they don't have to give me it by law, which is completely incorrect and extremely unlawful. Throwing their personalities and feelings over laws is not on. Sort your practice out!A waste of GP time for me to call through and repeatedly ask GP's to track down my information to send through to their surgery.I've had a sore throat for 5 months! No one wants to take responsibility at their practice and make referrals to people. I missed my last appointment due to being in and out of A&E's and having a lack of sleep. They tried to turn the card on me and say that I'm in the wrong!!! Ridiculous. Unprofessional.

Absolutely stellar service from this GP practice. I've always been treated with kindness, compassion and a friendly smile from all the doctors and nurses who I've seen. They've answered any questions I've had and I've felt in control of my healthcare choices. Reception staff have always been very helpful and efficient in their responses both over the phone and via email.I would recommend to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

After submitting formal complaint to the GP surgery to explain the medical history and clinical needs, a wonderful manager came back to me saying ?we are sorry but this medication is against the consensus of our practice?.If I will agree with that my question to this GP surgery is: why do not you decline my registration from my day one of submitting my forms which contain all my medications? You literally wasted my time and my care and my family?s care without saying anything from day one. This is not professionalism. This is against the NHS values. They found it difficult to change their decision despite it is not based on NICE guidelines , it is based on their consensus. I regret thus experience despite I learnt a lot from it. There are experiences in life that makes you know well what suits you and what does not. Despite the whole stress they put me under , I am just wishing this service to be improved for other patients who can not defend their rights.

This practice needs reporting to cqc.In the last 12 months, I have had 10 appointments cancelled.I had an appointment due on 3rd Jan at 3pm, cancelled at 12, reraaranged appointment to 9th Jan, just cancelled again as the clinician is ill, they must know that she's going to be ill on Monday. If you speak to the practice manager you just get excuse after excuse, they think more about their staff than they do about their patients.* reply to practice*If you would like me to call in and show you the my gp app, it will show just how many times my appointments have been cancelled by the practice.I am not a liar, so please dont try and make me out to be one.I still haven't had a call back from the practice manager as requested.

Worst doctors surgery in the valley! If you can get to see a doctor face to face it's a rare thing. As a man I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I often suffer ill health without help as I don't think they take me seriously. They diagnose your condition over the phone with no medical examination. I wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone and would advise you look elsewhere. I don't like leaving negative comments but that's my honest opinion.

Used to be a really good doctors now they don't investigate problems they try and throw you on tablets without knowing what's wrong with you and tell you to come back in a month and see if anything has changed, I AM IN CONSTANT PAIN HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS IN MY TORSO AND THEY REFUSE TO REFER ME FOR A CT SCAN OR AN MRI SCAN, ALL ABOUT GETTING PEOPLE ON MEDS FOR MONETARY GAINS!!!

I?m not registered with this GP practice, however I had a procedure at the minor surgery department there on December 6th 2022. My experience was excellent; very clean, the receptionist was friendly and efficient and the two members of staff who performed/supported the minor surgery were exceptional - they made me feel at ease, explained the procedure which eased my nervousness, and they really cared about how I was feeling, very supportive, friendly and highly skilled. I was given clear and constructive aftercare advice.Thank you! ?

Yet again I?m writing to praise this practice. Have recently twice seen the senior nurse practitioner. I don?t think we are allowed to name people. However she was brilliant. First she made a suggestion somesix weeks ago that I fully accepted. But by the time I walked home she phoned me and said perhaps another course of action would be better. It certainly was. I visited today for a follow on consultation. Absolutely first class. Highly professional, very kind and understanding. My wife was a nurse for over 40 years. One of my daughters is a doctor. I say that because the swift reflection and different action is not I think typical. Wonderful!

Shocking practise. Rude and unhelpful staff, couldn?t organise a drinking session in a brewery apparently. I?ve never had a positive experience here. But what annoyed me most is that my partner is suffering greatly with a leg injury, she pays her taxes and never uses the doctors. The one time she does they?re rude ok the phone, tell her to wait a week for a call from the doc and then he never rang her. She called up and they lied about the doctor trying to ring when we had zero missed calls and there?s no signal issues with the phone. Now they?re making her suffer another 3 weeks due to their incompetence. You should seriously get your act together down there because absolutely everyone I know talks negatively about your practise. If the doc fails to ring her again I?m launching a legal complaint for medical negligence. Shocking

Absolutely shocking appointment with Dr Iqbal.Called today to book a 20-minute appointment, doctor was 10 minutes late for the phone call. Which I'm not bothered about but when I was told to hurry up because he has other patients, I was a little upset. I quickly brought up my my suicide attempt because it was difficult to talk about, he got annoyed asking why I only just brought this up at the end of our conversation. I did not know it had been 20 minutes (and our call was disconnected so I had to call back and was on hold). All I wanted to ask for was a quick re-referral for someone to talk to which turned into a quick heated back and forth about my suicide attempt and I already felt pathetic for bringing this up.Also, I understand I am a complicated case, but I cannot simply be referred for an MRI for being bed-bound from pain for 3 days straight in my lower back and arms. And I've had issues for 8 years and not been able to walk. I was asked if I have considered going private. Yes, I have a neurological condition, but the pain is unbearable and it's making me want to take my own life.I'm sorry, but I cannot believe the NHS is failing people this much. And I am sorry Dr Iqbal, but this really hurt.
