Ordered a thin and crispy pizza. Base undercooked, doughy in the centre. Toppings very sparse. Paid for extra lamb but hard to tell if there was any on. Ordered garlic mushrooms which were very overcooked. Waited an hour for delivery. Not worth the wait. Ordered via Rossendale Eats. Very disappointing.

Ordered food for delivery came within an hour and a half. Food was cold no call to say my food had been left on the step. Rude service calling me ?brother? and had the audacity to hang up on a customer. I don?t know who knocks on doors like he?s delivering to mice but it?s even ruder that they hung up on me with no ultimatum of a refund. Definitely not ordering here again, and wouldn?t recommend.

First time i went here it was amazing chicken and gravy then just had a takeaway about 7 months later and the chicken gravy was horrible very very watery but looked like it was full of oil dont know why they have done that as first time it was brilliant and the chicken wasnt that great

I have ordered twice from here in one month the first time they brought half of my order went back and brought the rest and the second time my entire order was completely wrong.
I called to let them know my order was wrong and they read out the wrong address to me and couldn't understand what i was telling them.
The quality of food has gone down into the ground here and I used to enjoy ordering from here and I can say that I will never be ordering from here again.

I used to order from freddys most nights, and the food was always nice and hot and I enjoyed it every time! But now the food is warm and I never get what I paid for. I order the same thing ever time which is a 3 piece chicke meal? ON THE BONE! The food then turns up late and is also not the chicken I ordered which leaves me feeling ripped off and disappointed? used to be a good realiable takeaway but they clearly care more about being cheap instead of satisfying customers orders

Ordered off just eat tonight the pizza was under cooked base but toppings burnt. The chicken was slimy and the coating was just skin. Will not order here again was an absolute disgrace for chicken and pizza.
