Our original server in store was friendly and courteous.
Conversation (less than 10s in duration) was quickly payed in by another employee - condescending and rude.
Reading other reviews as well would advise avoiding this place.

I ordered a meat feast pizza , cookies , cinnamon bread and some chicken strips. First of all the pizza was £10 and as big as my hand , to be fair the pizza wasn?t too bad. Second of all they didn?t even deliver the cookies they gave me some grozzie looking garlic bread pizza , also as big as my hand. Thirdly the food was as cold as my fridge and the food had a strange stench to it , over all the experience was terrible, my mrs was so unhappy she actually became violent , will never be ordering food from here again , such a discrase to the pizza community ?

Food arrived after over an hour freezing cold. When we rang and asked for a refund they stated that it is "policy" that they come and collect the food. When asked to have said policy emailed to use they refused and began to be extremely rude and aggressive over the phone. We asked if our child could at least keep the chips before he goes to bed as he is hungry and they refused.After a 40 minute wait for this driver to come they said they where too busy and didn't send anyone. Meaning the chips just went to waste needlessly because of their arrogant attitude.Never order from here if you value even a shred of decent customer service. Seriously I know people gloss over these reviews but you WILL regret it!

The food was ok, but was cold and we had to heat it up at home. The staff were distracted showing new drivers what to do and did not notice us, the paying customers waiting for food that had obviously been taken out of the oven and left to go cold.

I usually rate the Rawtenstall branch very highly however I?ve been put off since the last time I went. I ended up standing in the kiosk for over half an hour, being lied to by the colleagues that my food was ?almost ready? when actually they hadn?t even made it, confirmed when I heard the manager tell the colleague ?stop clearing off orders if you?ve not even made them?. Counted 9 colleagues and still couldn?t get it right.
