Ordered two lattes and sat down. They wasn't hot enough, so took them back and they happily replaced them for hotter ones. Friendly staff

This is the Costa we visit the most as there's good service and great coffee. But there is a big but after this morning's visit. As it was sunny we decided to sit outside, it was only about 10.30 and the tables and the surrounding floor were disgusting. I realise it's customers leaving the mess, but come on Costa, you need to check them regularly!

Love this Costa coffee shop, as long as its not to busy , so always make a point of going early.

Not too bad, could do with more staff as there were only two members working with one making drinks and one serving. I was waiting five minutes to be served, the drink wasn?t hot enough either. Waiting five minutes for something broadly speaking isn?t bad, however, I find waiting five minutes to be served in a coffee shop to be a long time. Yet, the atmosphere was good and there is seating outside which is a bonus too.

Very busy which definitely slowed the service down, but the coffee I had was very pleasant.

The two young ladies serving are very pleasant but more staff is needed as it took a while to get served, this was NOT their fault though, it is purely the staff to customer ratio being poor.
Coffee (an Americano) is the usual Costa standard.
The most annoying thing is groups of people (50 to 60yr old bracket) coming in and then taking seats etc before even ordering, limiting the option to get a seat if you don't engage in this practice.
