Spring Cottage hosted the wedding reception for our daughter and her new husband. What a wonderful experience. The setting is stunning, the food fabulous. Jennie and all the staff worked tirelessly to make the day special for everyone.
We cannot thank them enough for making her dream wedding come true.

Wow wow wow we have just found a hidden gem ? We had a ploughman's to share that was both absolutely delicious aswell as awesome in size (took a large amount home to have for supper)We will definitely be back. Thanks Laura Elliott and team for a lovely experience cheers ? Paul and Steph xx

we went for lunch, the ?posh toastie? was quite disappointing, £16 for a tiny slice of bread covered in cheese. however when we complained about the toastie we got 10% off, which was a nice gesture. lovely staff just overpriced small portions.

First time visit on my ride over to Rivington. Warm welcome, friendly staff and an excellent choice of cakes and savouries. Coffee and cake for me, banana and chocolate loaf cake delicious, as was the coffee.
Will be visiting again for sure.

Nice location,nice home cooked food with a great menu.This place is set in woodlands and has a magical feeling about it with lots of animals for children to see within its grounds.well worth a visit!

Spring Cottage welcomed myself and my friends for my 40th. The service we received was outstanding. The food was fantastic- we had a celebration table which was beyond delicious and they could not be more helpful or attentive. Thank you so much for making my celebration so memorable. I highly recommend Spring Cottage.

I have wanted to go here for such a long time. I wasn't disappointed. Had a late breakfast (stake and eggs). It was perfectly cooked. The coffee was good (which they served with warm milk just how it should be). The staff were attentive and friendly. Will be going back. We didn't make a reservation BUT I think it would be advisable.

Lovely little place, off the beaten track could easily pass by. But certainly worth it.
Good brew, value for money. Good cakes available too. Service from staff very good, nice people.

Lovely little cafe near Rivvy Pike, very pretty gardens in woodland setting. Went in hoping for a light lunch, but was told food had sold out due to unexpected peak in business on a lovely sunny day (food being served to other prior visitors did look tasty!).
Happy to order coffee and cake which were brought outside to us. Cakes were very tasty and staff were friendly and attentive. Thought the cost of £18+ for 2 cakes, a coffee and a Coke was on the expensive side, but otherwise a nice change from the usual cafes we stop by.
