I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I sent them my wedding dress and underskirt ( a very full skirt designer gown) as well as my husband's wedding suit. Delivery was not only incredibly good value, it was also very easy. The courier picked it up when they said they would,and it was returned in their own box and bag at no extra charge, earlier than I anticipated. The dress and suit are immaculate and I can't thank them enough for an amazing and UNBELIEVABLY good value service! Brilliant, fast communication and burning too much trouble! Really happy with the service I received. My wedding dress was in a bit of a state due to rain on the day. The delicate lace at the bottom was very stained and grubby. The standard this company have achieved is unbelievable. How they have managed this on such delicate fabrics is astonishing. They are really easy and friendly to deal with and with collection and delivery to your front door, it's hassle free. Would highly recommend.

I can?t comment on the dry cleaning as sadly my dress got lost.Fortunately for me, I?d already been married, but I dread to think how stressful this would have been had I not.Being fair, it was the courier that lost my dress. But I will mark TP down because they told me a day before my dress was due to come back to me that it never arrived in the first place - at this point it has been missing 7 or so weeks which realistically meant I had no chance of getting it back.I sent my dress in May, and got a 50% refund late July. It took lots of chasing, and fortunately I had a receipt still. I will say that Treasured Posessions were very responsive so I can?t fault them there. But even then, I?m still left with 50% of my dress value, and not my dress which is heartbreaking.Again, being fair, TP?s terms do state it?s 50% only, but personally I don?t think it?s much in the way of compensation for loss of an item so valuable.Their DPD account manager was useless, so I?d advise if you are using TP that you take the dress down there yourself and don?t trust such an important item with a courier. Otherwise you will be out of pocket like I am.

I came across this small business online and had no idea what I was getting myself into. This business is by far professional, responsive and damn right great at the service they provide. They do not have enough credit for what they do! I had my wedding dress cleaned and I purchased a gift box to store it in and I was over the moon when I received it back, very clean, very well presented, packaged beautifully. Easy service and nothing was a problem. Would recommend to others for dry cleaning 100% thank you so much! Charlotte Lockwood

Treasured Possession did a fantastic job on my wedding dress. I was a bit nervous about sending my dress away but the process was smooth, communication was good, and within three weeks I had my dress back. I am so impressed with the cleaning -- the dress is spotless, which is no mean feat given that it had a pretty dirty train! I'd definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Treasured Possessions for wedding dress dry cleaning. They told me that my dress was quite badly stained in several places and that they may not get it back to ?perfect?. To my surprise I received my dress back and it?s like magic! It looks brilliant and I?m so happy. Additionally the ease of collection and redelivery really did it make it effortless. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Treasured Possession enough. They offered a really smooth service, my dress and veil were collected from home on a date of my choice and returned to me three weeks later. My dress was quite heavily marked so I wasn't expecting perfection but it's come back almost as good as new! It's beautifully presented in a box and nicely wrapped so it's easily stored but well preserved for the future. The price was competitive for collection, cleaning, the box and return so all-in-all, I'm incredibly pleased and send a huge thank you to the small team for their work.
