Avoid booking your dog for a groom here at 8:00 AM. I arrived on time, but no one was there to let me in. After waiting outside for a while, I decided to grab a coffee and then returned to sit outside the store for another 20 minutes. Eventually, someone came to the door and told me they wouldn?t have time to groom my dog?despite admitting they had seen me waiting earlier. When I asked why they hadn?t just let me in when they arrived, they had no good answer. An absolute waste of time and completely unprofessional to let a customer sit outside thinking the store was closed instead of simply opening the door.

Staff are amazing everytime I go in! One particular staff member spent ages with us trying on harnesses for our new dog and did a tag for us for her new collar, nothing was to much trouble and then when we went in and saw her again she remembered my dogs name even though it had been 2 months since she had been in at the same time as us! Wish I knew her name but she also has a patterdale so if you see this thank you for your service! And sorry Tess always pees at checkout! (She did wait till the car park to do the poo thank goodness)

EXCELLENT went today with our dog he had the full works looks beautiful. Very friendly girls . Groom room UPDATE . Unfortunately I can not visit the retail park anymore due to the fact I have received so many tickets for going 10 mins over the time . With my small child it?s not always to do all your shopping in m&s , tk maxx home bargain and grab a drink / change nappies in the 3 hours . The parking company do not care if you have receipts for high amounts to prove you were. Shopper on that day and now they are taking me to court

I like it there, staffs always pretty cool, helpful and nice, most things pet related you can find you need, the fish up in the corner are cool as heck, I see it as a free sea world for 20 mins, the crikets are cool too 10/10. And most of the time there's a dog in there you can say hello to, so a definite must go for Rawtenstall ?

Disappointing experience. Tried collecting a click and collect order this evening to be told that they didn't have time to sort it. Thankfully, the other member of staff heard what was going on, and he sorted it. This is not what you expect at all, and I won't be returning.
