Nice staff, food always piping hot but tge toilets are absolutely gross. Been a few times and always the same. Think they dont realise that under the seat and the toilet bowl gets dirty too. Wouldn't mind if if was a one off experience but it's always the same. And with a little one in tow it cant even ne avoided.
I've reported it several times to staff, they apologise but don't solve the issue x

Food cold, but after speaking to manager it did get replaced. Sauces paid for were missed off order. Drinks did not come with food, had to wait for them. In my opinion, they were too busy with Uber Eats and walk ins were compromised.

Hamburgers served warm (not hot) with no gherkins in. Chips were cold and tasted like they'd been sat there for hours. Milkshake not mixed and tasted odd. Not given any napkins. Now for the positive. The substandard food was served quickly! Worst Maccys I've been to.

Got a delivery and food was cold and missing items but because they delivered it within the time allocated they wont do anything and ended the chat with me without doing anything about it

Got our order wrong TWICE and then proceeded to say we didn't order it. Manager was horrible and she proceeded to deny my friend his Coke and practically threw his cheeseburger at him, absolutely disgraceful. Also there wasn't enough sauce on my wrap.

i ordered food at 8:30 i was waiting for an hour and they just cancelled, i then reordered at 10ish and they cancelled my order at 11 again, this time they didn?t give me my money back so it is not 11:20 and i have not ate and now have no money to get food.

Unless you want to wait 20 mins waiting once your number comes on screen to collect, don't bother. Also food cold

Honestly if was able to I wouldn?t have given a star. Never gets the order right have more chance getting an order correct from nursery children. Highly recommend going to Abdul?s curry shop around the corner instead. Thank you for the? amazing? quality of food and caramel flavoured ice cubes. Thanks

They may have been having a bad day, but this is the worst McDonalds I've ever visited. The food was almost cold, the bun was stale. Terrible! I wont return!

Great staff didn't have to wait and food was hot. Made a change as fries are always soggy n cool.
