My partner calls here for my daughters while I am at work to get them lunch.
This time he encountered a more mature lady with a very poor attitude and poor service skills that was abrupt in her mannerisms asking "it that it" after he ordered each item and was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It appeared to be that actually doing the job she is paid to do is too much for her. It seems to me looking at reviews this has continued for a long time and that you are a busy place so customer service is not your priority.

Greggs Rawtenstall is a strange place. Open and close at will, staff are not friendly and orders are usually wrong.
They always seem to have big bins out at the front, which you have to negotiate to get into the store.
Have stopped using Greggs now.
Not entirely sure how this place is still open.

Miserable old woman serving this morning , no smile asked for a vanilla latte and gave me abnormal one! I asked for cream and she looked at me with disgust! Very poor experience at this branch! Greggs needs to put her on a customer service course!
