Pity manager no idea where the stock is, came over from Blackburn because I was told they had 29 in stock of the item i was looking to be told they don't know where the items are, pffftttt!!!!

Left something in the Rawtenstall store. Tried to call them since it was almost closing time to let them know and arrange to pick up tomorrow. No way of speaking to anyone or leaving a message.
Only options were opening hours or products, both automated. Likely be a new shift tomorrow so will be unable to get my item back.

Large B&M store on the edge of Rawtenstall, nice location with river flowing along side.
Step inside, and it's a scruffy old store with untidy displays, looked like some kind of stock taking was going on, so this may explain it, but overall impression was poor.
Staff were polite and tills maned without queues.
Got what we needed, 1 product had no price displayed and 1 product overcharge us 80p to shelf price. Till refunded it without query after checking receipt.

I went into the store this morning and got some coffee piad£5.99 went into Asda tonight and for the same coffee £3.98 and it wasn't on offer.your supposed to be cheaper..

Shop's fina and has a lot of stock. The queues can be long though, as they often only have one till on.
