Great store on two floors, which has a lift and escalator to get to the ground floor and ground floor parking
Upstairs and down stairs has been divided where upstairs is food,etc
And downstairs clothes and homeware

Has anyone seen inside the bottom of every fridge in store. These where just some of the 50 photos I took of every fridge in the Rawtenstall store on 6th August 2024. Cleanliness in this store is horrendous especially around fresh produce.

This store is a dump. Empty boxes and shelves everywhere. It has been going downhill for months. I have just requested a refund from customer service after being charged twice for an item and they told me to speak to my bank. I will not be returning to this awful store.

Used to go a lot and used to be very busy but it's gone downhill. They could improve it I'm sure with good quality food and customer service. It has so much potential but at mo, isn't very good.

Car park awful, no order to where anything is placed in store, no take away cutlery for the meal deals (which aren?t cheap) and it looks hideous! Go to Tesco instead ?

Do not use this store at weekend , you spend over an hour just to get off the carpark . Absolutely appalling, never been great but it is horrendous now . I won?t be using this store at weekend ever again .

I often pop into Asda in Rawtenstall for my general shopping needs, and it's a reliable go-to spot. The store stocks most items I need, making it convenient for my shopping trips. I particularly appreciate the good range of electrical and home goods available on the ground floor. Whether it's groceries or household essentials.

Made a complaint about the cashier person on the till too customer services. Told them I felt like chucking milk on them. He said he would file the complaint so I left store phoned a taxi 4 security guards come out and tell me I?m barred and too leave store so I refused so they ganged up on me told me they felt like spitting in my face. So I told them to do one and they called police on meWORST ASDA IN ENGLAND AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
