The staff working here are very rude and do not provide proper customer service and act like they dont understand what you are asking for and will keep insisting on buying plans they want you do take rather than what you are looking for. The staff member especially i was dealing with was behaving like a foolish person and making fun. I think because of my accent.This people needs to understand that about 8 billion people in the world. more than half 4 billion of that cant speak and understand english and another 4 billion that understand and speak do it in their own way not the british way because english is not everyones language. even if it is they have their own way of speaking it. no need to make fun or act like you dont understand. In many parts of france and quebec, canada they will laugh at your face if you try speaking to them in english, telling you french only here and act like they dont understand you at all. even though they do. Here you guys doing the same being in uk are acting funny like you dont understand when you actually do. The irony is that is in french speaking places and this is in uk.

Wow what can I say. Merely asked for a receipt for equipment I was dropping of and the Manager (?) launched into a tirade about me demanding etc. etc. No idea why as I accepted this and took a photo of the equipment. .... Then - I said to my Mum " Wow it's true what they say about him" i.e the reviews that you can see on here. He then follows me out of the shop and accuses me of bringing his race into the argument. Happy Christmas ?

Staff don't know customer serviceI feel really bad after my visit in Vodafone, 45 fishergate PR1 8BH.I feel the staff ( specially Mr. Rayan ) is not trained properly. Even he don't have a good attitude or basic knowledge.I came there for upgrading my phone which I was ordered one day before, but Ryan was very arrogant and don't have enough patients to listen and with his rude attitude he tried to do it but his limited knowledge leads to block my contract for 3 or 4 months. I didn't loose anything Vodafone lost one customer because of this kind of staff. Infront of me one another customer also experienced his impatience and arrogant nature, at that time one experienced staff ( maybe manager) was also there, my bad luck, he was busy with another customer but anyway he is witnessed both this incident.This is happened on 12-11-23 Sunday between 4 pm and 5pm
