Awful experience. Made to feel like I was doing something wrong because I wanted to withdraw a modest amount of cash. One thing is certain, I will never set foot in the Preston branch again. You were very disrespectful Richard. Goodbye Virgin Money.

Visited today 27th July 23 to report a lost card waited half an hour in que whilst they felt with just one customer in front of me saying their was a problem with the computer system, eventually got delt with by a rude old blond woman late 40s who was useless then I got delt with by this obnoxious guy late 40s brown shoes greying hair who tried to talk down to me and belittle me, absolutely horrid excuse of a man came across aggressive and impatient, poor service I'll be closing my account with these cowboys I'm off to a better bank with better staff, Yorkshire bank used to be great but when it became virgin money it went downhill, you just lost a customer of over 30 years, I hope you go bust proper cowboy outfit

Would never deal with this bank again .you can never get them on the phone when you do they promise your documents will be in the post within 7 to 10 working days ..month down the line still waiting..they have sent us letters for money we dont owe twice ..would never deal with them again ever

Brilliant staff , brilliant service !!!! I used to be with another bank and they were useless , this place is wonderful, hardly ever have to queue and when you do they?re trying to help you get seen quicker. So glad I changed to this bank absolutely fantastic, keep up the good work and thank you.

Terrible customer service went to open a new account with £1,000 cash and was treated like a criminal was asked by a jobsworth were did I get my own money! No thank you Yorkshire Bank.
