Only 1 star because you can't give less. Prescription rarely ready, been given wrong item and had to go back, got given item that went out of date before I got back from holiday even though I told them that was what it was for. Been to pick up item ordered 10 days earlier and they didn't have it and hadn't even ordered it as they claimed they had past the amount they could order for the month! If you want a good service and polite staff that up to the job go somewhere else.

Can't praise the staff enough for the care/advice and support they gave me today, they went above and beyond and for that I'm truly grateful. I just wish there was more people in the world that were like the two wonderful ladies that helped me.

Excellent staff and service. Just a pity they are not permitted to prescribe the locations, potions and of course pharmaceuticals for the most common of aliments presently dealt with via GP.They are highly qualified and I would argue best placed in many cases to deal with these matters.
