Most of the people are great here, but however as for jane! The lady who serves you has horried customer service skills... she lets you wait whilst chatting away knowing full well your waiting, and when she finally gets around to serving you its a blank look on her face asive she can't be bothered really dose need sacking. No customer care what so ever.. also whilst I'm typing this she is walking around the yard smoking.

I came to travis perkins this afternoon noon heading over to the timber and joinery section I saw this woman called Jane smoking a cigarette and not only that she blew the smoke in the path where I was walking and I found it highly disrespectful to the company name
