Good cheap and centrally located. If you want a late check out it's cash up front though. In general this Travelodge is a little tired although room facilities have been upgraded.

Very Poor. Where do I start.
A brief overview.
Bed bugs. Over 50 bites on my body. We ended up checking out early.
Phone signal was very poor. Free WiFi for 30 mins only. Smelly corridors and rooms. People smoking weed outside the front door.
All in all terrible.
Avoid.

Had a food poisoining in that hotel. Found a peels in my salad, and stains in cup for chips. So hygiene control is something they never heard about. What stains was in cup for chips i can only guess..ink from pens, rust or heavy metals???..i have no idea, but i was sick and poorly for a few days, didnt manage to sleep all night after supper. I informed staff but they just left me in a room and never checked on how was i feeling. Rooms had no phones so I couldn't call for help if needed. Morning staff said they didnt know I was sick, so I guess staff from previous shift just tried to hide an info about food poisoning. I have messaged Travelodge management team but had NO reply.

No house keeping for 2 days girl called mira on reception stinking attitude spoke to me like crap in front of my 2 children only 1 member of staff on avoid if u can will not be returning my little boy has autism and needs clean towels daily but this hotel hasn't provided this and they don't care we regularly use Travelodge as my autistic son loves Travelodge but this 1 has to be the worse wht a waste of money avoid

Absolute disgrace of a a hotel. Booked in for a night and have not even left yet and could not think of anything more traumatic than staying in this dump. The rooms are infested with bugs, it stinks and the toilets do not flush meaning your dump will be left floating for the next guest to receive. Our room key did not work multiple times, we ventured down to reception every 2 minutes and they were no bloody help. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE HELD AGAINST YOUR WILL (even so i would rather sleep on the street outside).

Exactly as you?d expect. Clean and comfy enough. Very handy locked parking which was secure.

Good location for a one night stop. Only negative is the car park is super tight with lots of columns; would be better to park elsewhere with a big car.

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to come on here and show my appreciation for Melbin on reception tonight. Very polite, respectful and when I had an issue he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much Melbin, you are a credit to your company!
The rooms are pleasant, comfortable and large. Parking on site is reasonably priced.

The parking situation is awful, there is indoor parking but it is so tight that it is very difficult to manoeuvre around, even with a small car, there are a few limited spaces outside but that seems to be a bun fight to get those! The room was clean enough to Travelodge standards. The staff were excellent and very friendly, I had an issue with paying for the car park (my fault!) and the reception resolved it in seconds. Not the best area of Preston and centre is a 20 minute walk.

The building was giving ?prison?. There was a blood stain on the carpet in the hall. There was no bath which would?ve been disappointing if it wasn?t for the fact that the bathroom was so unhygienic I was reluctant to even brush my teeth in it. There was a stain on the pillow and damage to the canvas that hung above the bed. The service was average, the stairs were extremely narrow and the atmosphere was off. To be honest, I?d never set foot in this building again unless I?d committed a heinous crime and was forcibly sent here but each to their own. An expensive price to pay for a criminal experience.

Room was clean. Standard travelodge. I was stood waiting 20mins to get checked in unfortunately which after a day's work peak time I dont see as acceptable.
It's an odd location nothing really around situated on an old industrial estate.
