I like the gym, the equipment and pools great.
However does need the cleaning more frequently and deeply, in the men?s changing room there is old chewing gum that needs removing from the tiles on floor, in the corridor from the gents changing room to the pool there is chewing gum, old foot plasters etc. on the floor, the urinals and area around there is a stench of urine, it?s awful, l hold my breath passing.
These cleanliness?s are easily recognisable and rectified.
Can someone please take responsibility and get it sorted, thanks

Few staff members are very rude on different occasions shouted on my kids.
I have made complaint too but nothing changed. On the other hand there are few amazing staff members.
I hoped they looked into the issues I pointed out.

The staff seemed very proficient.the reason i didn't join was it was very expensive for me. The first six weeks was 6oo pounds and for a full year was just under 2k.

I used to go there until I had an incident, someone made racist comments cause of my background and I wanted to do the right thing and emailed Preston?s gym informing them and did speak to staff there.
For over two months nobody got back to me and I was completely ignored by management and I didn?t feel comfortable to back so I stopped going

they are the worst customer service i was using totalfitness at first evrytji g was alright but when i decided to relocate from United kingdom to Nepal my home country i sent them proof of my bank statemmy passport and my flight ticket and requested them to cancel my subscription and stop charging me they take literally ages to rply and i have been to nepal since 2 months ans they are still charging me and when given all the proof they are not cancelling my membership i repeat they dont want you to be fit they just want your money bloody money laundering business they have . i can provide all the proof stating my innocence. please go to this gym unless you want to be in the same spot as me .

Lovely gym and friendly community . Me and my boyfriend have been going to this gym for a year now and the experience has been faultless. Clean showers and bathrooms, plenty of water and fabulous equipment. Best gym in Preston!

Off peak membership at weekends starts from 1300.... Other off peak gyms at weekend is 11am.... ?

Good equipment, good swimming pools except they are extremely dirty. Same with changing rooms, hair everywhere. Ever since they changed the gym, there is nothing for kids. Got rid of the ping pong, the pool table and the football table. Also all the red equipment for kids has gone. But on the good side, squash is really fun. The running track is good and the steam room and sauna is great.
