The team at Topps Tiles Preston, particularly Geoff and Jack, are great. They?re both very knowledgeable about the products on offer and always happy to answer any questions I have. I came here to Preston to source a detail tile for a wetroom/bathroom. Whilst there was a sample tile of Midnight Blue Syren, there wasn't the stock in store. However, Geoff kindly checked on line to source other stores then called them to make sure the quantity and colour were available. With that confirmed Geoff stated they would be here by Friday. On Friday Geoff called to confirm they were now in store for collection. Geoff whilst going the extra mile made it a non fuss resolution that was over and above other outlets visited before we drove from Lytham to Preston to see what was available. On the Friday we purchased addition tiles, underfloor heating, thermal pads and other accessories basically down to the positive experience earlier the week. Finally Geoff said to call if we had any problems/ or needed additional materials. You can be assured I will not only return to the Preston Showroom in the future albeit from the Fylde, moreover recommended the service we received. Not to mention the level of knowledge and helpful advice if needed.
