I want to give a big shout out to Todds Motorhome. Martine & Stuart run a family business & customer service is their number one priority in everything they do. This culture goes across to everyone who works there. Paul in service & Andrew in sales, who I have dealt with, are examples of this. I have recently upgraded & bought my second van, Louise, from them & the service I received was above & beyond. I am a solo female van owner, who clocks up 10,000 miles a year. I know nothing about mechanics & workings on my van, but I don't need to worry, why, because I know I have Todds as my support. One call wherever I am & they will sort. Buying a motorhome or van from them, you know is going to be reliable, mechanically sound & good value for money. All you need to do is jump in the drivers seat & start your adventures.

Outstanding service from Todds campervan.
My campervan needed a few repairs to do. I feel over the moon having been in touch with Todds campervans as they have carried out the work smoothly, efficiently and hassle free. The atmosphere within their premises is very welcoming and you feel supported any time by an extremely professional and knowledgeable team. Amongst them, I have to mention Martine as she has simply been the most helpful staff member I've ever come across.

A minor, but tricky fault the day before going on holiday meant we would have had no water. But, Martine in the service department quickly and efficiently organised an inspection and repair of the fault.
I can't recommend Todds Motorhomes any more highly for how they reacted so quickly and positively to my little crisis.

We recently bought an Autotrail Imala from Todds and used our previous Motorhome as a part ex. The salesperson we dealt with was Andrew who throughout the whole process was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy at all. The van wasn't valeted when we initially viewed it but was immaculate when we collected it. They had it prepared within 2 weeks and any niggles we had where swiftly dealt with and also any extras we requested. Andrew's handover was superb with all questions answered. Extremely pleased with the van and the aftersales phone call for information from Paul in the service department who was also great with giving advice over the phone. In all a very pleasant experience.
