Lovely store, great layout and staff are really friendly.
Unfortunately I was in the store and there was a few shoplifters who started causing a scene which was a little scary however, it was dealt with quickly and as quietly as possible.

This is to management. Why do you never put more then 1-2 people on tills? Countless times I've left tens of pounds worth of stuff because I was in the queue for too long and had to get my train. You have staff sorting leisurely through pants rack whilst there are lots of people queuing up. Why can't you like any other shop in the world call staff over to relieve the queue?! Especially annoying when you have a member of staff dealing with return ot have to call someone over because price Tag is missing. You are left with 1 member of staff serving everyone else. This has been happening for years. I have abandoned hundreds of pounds of purchases because of your system or lack thereof.
