Prices are always decent, and there?s something satisfying about browsing the shelves and finding things you didn?t even know you needed. It?s proper value, no nonsense, and the kind of place you don?t mind popping into every week or so just to see what?s new. It?s not posh, it?s not trendy but it?s useful.

Great for home products, nice to see Christmas stock reduced, although might need reducing more to clear it before next Christmas. Huge selection to choose from with 2 floors. Highly recommend for new home owners and those in need of equipment. There is also a clothes section upstairs, along with a beuty section. Vast range of choice in products.

Went into the store to purchase a pet stroller for my 15yr old smallish dog, was advised I had to order online, was a bit concerned in doing this as had just done this with another store (TR) only to receive wrong item and very awkward return policy. Anyway, item arrived promptly 3 days later well packaged, good instructions.

I went to use one of the changing rooms at 5pm on a tuesday and they were still open, i was unaware that they were supposed to be closed as they were not locked. When i was inside a very rude female staff member knocked on the door and told me she needs to lock it up and i had to get out, no please or apologies just a very rude and irritable tone. If she had been patient and utilised some customer service i would have quickly tried on the pants and probably purchase them, but i left without purchasing them because of how rude she was. I was very displeased with her customer service skills.

I would score zero star if available. Had a very bad experience with the store Manager named Mohammed. I was returning some stuffs for exchange and some for refund. Oh my God. He was so mean to me , spoke in a demeaning and patronising tone with an awkward body language. He questioned why I was not having a shopping bag as I had 3 stuffs to exchange that i picked from the store in the bag which has previously bought stuffs. I said i have a receipt if you want to cross check the items. He rudely replied that the receipt wont tell him anything which is a bit odd to me. He added that i should have gone first to the till for refund and then i go to pick whatever i wanted in the store. How is this supposed to work? I wouldn't mind what he has told me but the way he did honestly. I felt unsupported and humiliated. As if i was thieving in the store. My recent purchase in the store in the last 2 weeks is roughly 400 pounds . ( 209 + 120 + (169 online ).Never will I go that store again.Poor customer service is the least I can say. I never had any issues with the other Staffs whenever I go there but this incident specifically ripped me off. I barely gives reviews but I said i will with this one so that the management look at this one. Disappointed and annoyed. Christine

It's fairly old and dated and upstairs there were no staff members on the perfume counter. Just the girl on the till that didn't indicate she was even a worker there.

Really enjoyed browsing around TJ?s once again.. bought a few things at reasonable prices ..which you would expect from such a great store. I can remember going there with my Mum back in the day.
