8 mths ago I had a new 1yr battery put in my watch here. The member of staff tried to make me buy a 2yr battery and got quite annoyed that I wouldn't pay the extortionate price for one and reluctantly fitted the 1yr battery.
The 1yr battery lasted 8 mths so I went back to him a few days ago.
He was on his mobile phone chatting when I arrived. He saw me stood at the counter but ignored me and carried on with his conversation for a few minutes.
When he eventually finished his phone call I didn't mention I'd been before and just asked if he would fit my watch with a battery.
He said no because he had to be out for 4pm. It was 3.40pm. How long does it take to fit a battery?
I had time to do my shopping and he was still there when I went through the checkouts.
Needless to say, I will not be going there again.

I had an issue with my belt so I popped by Timpsons in Morrisons. Steve helped me out, he was a great guy, nothing was to much of an issue. It's people like that which gives a great experience. I walked away happy and my issue sorted quickly. Thanks Steve!
